1. Date and number of guests
Fix the date of the church service first, then look for a hall that is free on that day. The number of guests decides the hall and the menu cost. Our hall capacities are not published on the site yet, so put the number of guests in the request form (Romanian) and we tell you which hall is free.
2. Choosing the hall
The President event centre has 7 halls. For christenings, the site suggests:
- President 1: classic and spacious;
- President 2: classic-modern, in light colours;
- President 4: modern, white and spacious;
- President 7: colourful lights and a large dance floor.

3. The menu
The restaurant offers menu options for the starter, fish course, traditional course (for example sarmale with polenta) and main course. Each option has its price shown in RON in the menu section. The food cost is roughly the price of your chosen options times the number of guests. We send the final price in the offer.
4. What you bring: cake, drinks, fruit
The client guide on the site gives estimated quantities per person:
