## Booking in one paragraph
No API key is needed for anything. Flow: get_quote -> user confirms -> create_booking -> give payment_url to the user -> get_booking_status until confirmed. Rooms are held 30 minutes. create_booking needs an idempotency key; get_booking_status needs only the reference (keep it private). The booking is confirmed only after the guest pays. ## Rules
- Through the API: max 2 rooms and 14 nights per booking.
- Stays of 1-30 nights, arrival today..+365 days, up to 4 rooms, max 4 adults + 3 children per room within the room's max_guests.
- Dates: YYYY-MM-DD, Europe/Bucharest. Money: amount_minor in bani (60000 = 600.00 RON).
- Prices are computed by the hotel; you never send a price.
- Only book after the user confirmed dates, rooms, total and guest details, and accepted the privacy policy (guest_consent=true). Never invent guest details.
- The booking is NOT confirmed until the guest pays at payment_url and status becomes "confirmed".
- Statuses: awaiting_payment, payment_processing, payment_received, confirmed, expired (not paid in 30 min), refunded (paid but no room could be confirmed; refunded automatically).
- Retries: reuse the same idempotency key with the same body.

Problem JSON with a stable code and a hint: invalid_request, unauthorized, not_found, rate_limited, too_many_open_holds, no_availability (includes alternatives: nearest dates), idempotency_key_reused, idempotency_in_progress, service_disabled, upstream_unavailable, internal_error.
