RO: Agenții AI și partenerii pot verifica disponibilitatea, obține prețul calculat de hotel și crea rezervări cu plată online în numele oaspeților. Camerele sunt reținute 30 de minute, iar oaspetele plătește printr-un link Stripe. Rezervările pentru restaurant și evenimente nu sunt disponibile prin API.

  • RO: trimiteți payment_url oaspetelui. Plata este obligatorie în 30 de minute; altfel camerele se eliberează automat. / EN: send payment_url to the guest; unpaid holds are released after 30 minutes.

RO: reference este singura „cheie” a rezervării: este imposibil de ghicit; cine o are vede rezervarea (date mascate). Păstrați-o privată. Modificări și anulări: oaspetele contactează hotelul (0747 499 551, info@hotelrestaurantpresident.ro).
EN: the reference is the booking's only credential: unguessable; whoever holds it sees the booking (masked data). Keep it private. Changes and cancellations: the guest contacts the hotel.

4. Fără chei API · No API keys

RO: toate endpoint-urile și uneltele MCP sunt publice, fără cheie. Rezervarea cere doar Idempotency-Key. Protecția vine din limite per IP și totale, plafon de camere neplătite și expirarea plății în 30 de minute.
EN: every endpoint and MCP tool is public, with no key. Booking only needs an Idempotency-Key. Abuse is limited by per-IP and global rate limits, a cap on unpaid held rooms, and a 30-minute payment window. No captcha: agents cannot solve one.

6. Date personale · Privacy

RO: trimiteți doar datele necesare (nume, email, opțional telefon) și numai cu acordul oaspetelui (guest_consent: true). Datele sunt folosite pentru rezervare, plată (Stripe) și confirmare (email) și sunt păstrate în sistemul de rezervări al hotelului. Pentru acces sau ștergere: info@hotelrestaurantpresident.ro.
